The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has opened its portal for eligible candidates to print their notification slips ahead of the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) Mop-Up exercise scheduled for June 13.
In a statement issued on Sunday, JAMB’s Public Communication Advisor, Dr. Fabian Benjamin, said the mop-up examination is specifically for candidates who were unable to sit for the main UTME due to technical challenges or those who could not complete biometric verification during the earlier examination.
The Board advised all affected candidates to visit the official JAMB portal immediately to print their notification slips, which contain vital information such as examination centre, date, time, and venue.
According to JAMB, the mop-up examination represents the final opportunity for eligible candidates to participate in the 2026 UTME exercise.
“Affected candidates should visit the official JAMB website immediately to access slips with their specific exam centre, date, time, and venue instructions,” the statement noted.
JAMB further urged candidates to familiarize themselves with their examination centres before the examination date and strictly adhere to all instructions provided on their notification slips to ensure a smooth examination process.
The Board reiterated that no additional examination opportunity would be provided after the mop-up exercise, making it the last chance for qualified candidates who missed the main UTME to participate in the 2026 admission process.
